COFFEE MASTERS is a combination of three things - coffee, people and passion. Our business is based on the pleasure and enjoyment of coffee. We are in it because we enjoy it, we love it.

Our coffee delivers what it promises, it's 'alive' - delivered to you when the sugars, oils and aromatics are at their peak after roasting. The result is a coffee that has piquancy and body.

Andrew Gross Profile

Andrew Gross, Roastmaster of COFFEE MASTERS has almost 25 years experience with roasting and making cups of coffee. It is this knowledge, expertise and his enthusiasm that brings out the very best in the coffees he produces both beans and cup.

Roasting and coffee making rely on three senses - sight, sound and taste. The knowledge is built up slowly and thoroughly through hundreds of roasts and thousands of cups. Variations at any point of the process affect the outcome in the cup.

Andrew's experience means that the nuances and changes are allowed for at every step. It's often a knife edge difference of a few seconds that bring out the subtlety of the aromatics and flavours of the great coffees he produces.

Passion, commitment and dedication are the marks of a true craftsman; add a thorough knowledge of coffee with a unique personality and you have Andrew Gross, Roastmaster and Barista
